I enjoy every portrait (300+) I've had the honor to illustrate, & truly appreciate the opportunity to commemorate & memorialize special animal friends from around the world.

  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If you would like to inquire about possible completion +delivery time prior to placing your order, please feel free to email me at [email protected]
    If placing and order without prior contact, it really depends on the volume/complexity of your order and how many orders are in line and waiting to be completed ahead of yours. If there are no orders ahead of your order, you can expect your illustration(s) to be ready for review typically within 3-5 days. I will personally email you after confirmation to give you an estimate.

    After you receive the digital files of your portrait(s), please reply to confirm that they've been delivered and I'll have the signed laminated prints mailed out asap, usually arriving within 3-6 days depending on your location. International orders usually arrive within 10-14 days.

  • Where should we send reference photos?

    Email all reference photos to [email protected]. Please send a minimum of 5 photos. The clearer, brighter, and higher quality the photos, the better the results.
